I am of course interested in making the information on this site as accurate as
possible and I would therefore be very pleased to include contributions or corrections from those more knowledgeable than I. Also, as Freeserve don't (seem) to provide a hit counter it's nice to know sometimes if anyone is actually looking at the site...
My interest in the larger items of television equipment has reduced lately,
though I am still hoping to expand my little collection of tubed ENG cameras. So if you have an ageing tube camera lurking on a shelf somewhere do please give me an email, and I have been known to pay nominal amounts for such things. (Conversely if I have something you would desperately like, I might be persuaded to part with it.) |

Having little interests in computers these days - or the delights of HTML,
this site was built using SIERRA 'Web Studio' V.1 software. It cost ten quid, and unlike other web design software packages I have tried, I continue to find it effective and uncomplicated to work with.
The early photography was done with a Fuji MX2700 digital camera, this
was the first 2 'mega pixel' digital camera, but from late 2002 I have been using the rather fine though odd Sony 5 meg DSC-F717. Image manipulation was done using Adobe PhotoDelux home edition 3 (which came with the MX2700), and while I have Photoshop 6, I find it much too complicated and unwieldy for what I need to do, and prefer to stay with something quick, simple and effective. Life always being much too short for frustrating trial and error learning of complex and inscrutable software don't you think? |
